While the Constitution guarantees strong protections under the 5th & 6th Schedule, PESA Act 1996, and Forest Rights Act 2006, these rights often do not reach the ground. TORCHEE bridges this gap between Law on Paper and Justice on Ground.

We are a collective of dedicated lawyers, tribal rights activists, researchers, and community leaders who believe that access to justice is not a privilege, but a fundamental right.
